Woman, 70, Moderately Hurt in Suspected Pit Bull Attack in Petah Tikva

Magen David Adom said a woman about 70 years old was moderately injured after a dog, believed to be a pit bull, bit her in Petah Tikva. The emergency call reached MDA's Yarkon dispatch center at 1:53 p.m. on Tuesday. Paramedics treated the woman for an upper-body injury and evacuated her to Sheba Medical Center at Tel Hashomer. The organization described her condition as moderate and did not report any other patients in its initial announcement.
