Electric Scooter Rider, 29, Moderately Hurt in Hadera Collision

Magen David Adom said its Sharon-region dispatch center received a report at 8:05 a.m. that an electric-scooter rider had been struck by a vehicle on President Weizmann Boulevard in Hadera. MDA medics and paramedics treated the 29-year-old man at the scene before evacuating him to Hillel Yaffe Medical Center. The emergency service described his condition as moderate and said he had injuries to his limbs.
