Electric Scooter Rider, 29, Moderately Hurt in Hadera Collision

Magen David Adom said its Sharon-region dispatch center received a report at 8:05 a.m. that an electric-scooter rider had been struck by a vehicle on President Weizmann Boulevard in Hadera. MDA medics and paramedics treated the 29-year-old man at the scene before evacuating him to Hillel Yaffe Medical Center. The emergency service described his condition as moderate and said he had injuries to his limbs. Its initial notice did not identify the vehicle or provide further details about the circumstances of the collision.
