Boy, 11, Moderately Hurt by Boiling Water in Northern Golan

An 11-year-old boy was moderately injured Friday morning after boiling water burned him in an open area in the northern Golan Heights. Magen David Adom said its 101 emergency center received the call at 5:56 a.m. Paramedics and emergency medics treated the boy at the scene for burns to the lower part of his body before evacuating him for further care. He was taken to Rambam Health Care Campus in Haifa in moderate condition, with all four reports matching on his age, injury, location and hospital destination.
