Courtroom-sketch editorial illustration of Israeli firefighters working outside a smoke-damaged residential home

A woman in her 30s was seriously injured in a residential-building fire on Al-Zuhur Street in Jerusalem on Sunday evening. Magen David Adom said its Jerusalem-region 101 center received the report at 18:26. Paramedics evacuated four people with smoke inhalation to Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital: the woman, a 13-year-old boy and a six-year-old boy in moderate condition, and a four-year-old girl in light condition. The emergency service did not immediately report the fire's cause or provide additional details about the patients.
