A 17-year-old was moderately injured Monday evening after a Palestinian-driven vehicle struck him during a demonstration at Eli Junction on Highway 60. Magen David Adom said the teenager suffered a head injury and was evacuated to Beilinson Hospital after receiving treatment from its medics and an IDF medical team. Security forces detained the driver following the collision. Emergency medical technicians Ezra Pollak and Roey Schmidt said they found considerable commotion at the scene and the teenager lying on the roadway, then provided initial care before an intensive care ambulance took him to the hospital in moderate condition.
