Tel Aviv District Court Judge Limor Bibi ordered 103FM to pay broadcaster Natan Zahavi NIS 796,500 plus NIS 75,000 in legal costs, for a total of NIS 871,500. The court accepted Zahavi's breach-of-contract claim over 27 months of unpaid compensation during his suspension, but rejected his defamation and moral-rights claims. Zahavi had sought NIS 2.6 million after the station suspended him in 2022 over offensive on-air remarks about Haredi public representatives and tefillin. The ruling also ordered the parties' broadcasting agreement canceled.
