Poll Finds 49% of Americans Support Enforcing Netanyahu ICC Warrant

A new U.S. survey found that 49% of Americans support enforcing the International Criminal Court's arrest warrant against Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, while 27% oppose enforcement and 23% are unsure. Support reached 68% among Democrats and 24% among Republicans. The poll of 1,559 U.S. adult citizens, conducted from July 25 through July 27, also found that 47% believe Netanyahu's actions have damaged U.S.-Israel relations, while 24% disagree and 29% are unsure. The questionnaire stated that the ICC had issued a warrant but provided respondents no additional legal or Israeli context. The survey carries a margin of error of plus or minus 3.3 percentage points.
