Ben Gvir Rejects Gaza Roadmap, Says Hamas Eliminations Must Continue

National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir rejected the Gaza roadmap published by the Board of Peace, saying the draft was unacceptable to Israel. He argued that any commitment to stop targeting Hamas terrorists would allow the organization to prepare for another massacre. Ben Gvir said strikes in Gaza must continue and repeated his call for encouraging Palestinian emigration from the Strip. He framed those demands as Israel's only acceptable course after the October 7 massacre, rather than accepting a framework he said would reward the terrorist group.
