Grace Breeding Signs Six-Year Brazil Distribution Deal for Maoz

Israeli AgClimateTech company Grace Breeding signed a six-year agreement with Brazil’s Aleph Comex to market and distribute its Maoz biofertilizer in Brazil, with an automatic six-year renewal. Aleph will build the local sales and technical infrastructure and maintain the product’s registrations with Brazil’s agriculture authorities. Annual sales targets begin in September 2026 and are set to rise by an average of 20% to 30% a year over five years. The filing says exclusivity depends on performance and commercial success remains subject to regulatory approvals, supply capacity and market adoption.
