Silexion Reports Three-Pathway Immune Sensitization in SIL204 Cancer Study

Israeli biotech Silexion said SIL204 produced statistically significant increases in FAS and reductions in HLA-G across three human KRAS-mutant cancer cell lines. The preclinical work covered pancreatic cancer carrying KRAS G12D and non-small cell lung cancer carrying G12V and G12C mutations. Together with MHC-I upregulation reported in May, the company said the results support a three-pathway immune-sensitization profile and further study with anti-PD-(L)1 checkpoint inhibitors. Silexion is advancing SIL204 into Phase 2/3 evaluation after opening its first clinical trial site at Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center in late July.
