Valens Raises 2026 Revenue Outlook After Q2 Sales Beat Guidance

Israeli chipmaker Valens Semiconductor reported second-quarter revenue of $18.1 million, above its $17.2 million to $17.6 million guidance range and up from $17.1 million a year earlier. The company raised its full-year 2026 revenue forecast to $78 million to $81 million, about 13% above 2025 at the midpoint. Cross-industry revenue reached $13.1 million and automotive revenue $5 million, while all four automotive design-win programs advanced toward production expected to ramp in 2027. Valens posted a GAAP net loss of $8.1 million, compared with $7.2 million a year earlier, and ended June with $83.4 million in cash, equivalents and short-term deposits.
