Bezeq raised its 2026 forecast for comparable net profit attributable to shareholders to NIS 1.15–1.2 billion, up from approximately NIS 1.0–1.1 billion. The company also lifted its comparable EBITDA forecast to NIS 3.8–3.85 billion from approximately NIS 3.7–3.8 billion, while leaving expected gross capital expenditure unchanged at approximately NIS 1.6 billion. Bezeq attributed the revisions mainly to improved business performance across the group. The forecast excludes effects from structural-separation changes, mergers and acquisitions, and accounting valuation gains or losses, and remains subject to competition, regulation, economic conditions, technology and geopolitical-security developments.
