Golan Defends Democrats’ Arab Campaign, Vows Jewish-Arab Partnership

Democrats chairman Yair Golan addressed Israel’s Arab public in Arabic and confirmed his party is conducting what he called a “massive campaign” in Arab society. Golan said the campaign reflects the Democrats’ belief in Jewish-Arab partnership and rejected Channel 14’s criticism as an “incitement campaign.” He said the criticism would not silence the party or stop it from continuing its path. Golan called on Jews and Arabs who support coexistence and a shared future to work together to replace the government and build what he described as a better country for all of us.
