Aitan Emerges From Stealth With $41 Million Robotic Defense Round

Israeli-founded defense technology company Aitan emerged from stealth after closing a $41 million round co-led by Deep33 and Dell Technologies Capital, bringing total equity funding to $54 million. The company says its edge-AI robotic systems are deployed across the IDF and Israeli national-security agencies and have logged more than 500,000 combat hours. Aitan says the capital will support product development, international expansion and global hiring after it secured the command-and-control contract for the IDF's next-generation attack-drone fleet. Founders Udi Oster and Daniel Almog are former Unit 8200 officers who previously built Tapingo.
