Loora Raises $22 Million to Expand AI English Learning

Israeli AI company Loora announced a $22 million Series B round led by Union Tech Ventures, bringing total funding to $43.25 million. The company says its conversational English platform has served 15 million learners across 200 million interactions, while revenue more than doubled during the past 12 months and annual recurring revenue reached the tens of millions of dollars. More than 100 corporations, governments and universities use its business product. Co-founder and CEO Roy Mor said Loora plans to grow from 30 to 60 employees within six months, primarily expanding AI research and engineering.
