Sector sources say Israeli AI companies are offering sought-after researchers NIS 50,000 to NIS 90,000 gross a month, plus equity and sometimes additional benefits, as they compete for a small pool of specialists. The recruitment centers on people with strong mathematics, programming and machine-learning skills who can train foundation models. Amnon Shashua's doubleAI reportedly employs about 30 research and development staff at Ramat Gan's Diamond Exchange and is expanding; its website lists an open deep-learning role. Safe Superintelligence also says it is recruiting engineers and researchers for teams in Tel Aviv and Palo Alto.
