IDF Strikes Hezbollah Sites in South Lebanon After Explosive Drone Targets Troops

Hezbollah terrorists launched an explosive drone overnight at IDF troops operating in the security zone in southern Lebanon, the IDF said Sunday morning. No injuries were reported. In response, the IDF carried out airstrikes on Hezbollah targets in several areas of southern Lebanon, including sites used to launch explosive drones and anti-tank missiles at its troops, as well as other terror infrastructure. "The IDF will continue to act to remove immediate threats," the military said, warning that any use of force from Lebanese territory against Israeli citizens or IDF troops will be answered with great force. The IDF added that it remains committed to the agreement between Israel and Lebanon.
