Amos Luzon is reportedly in advanced negotiations to acquire Cohen Properties through Luzon Entrepreneurship and Energy for $6.4 million. The proposed transaction would purchase shares from Netanel Lorantzi and Decama Finance, which he controls, rather than buy the underlying properties outright. Cohen Properties holds 35 commercial properties across 19 U.S. states, with a reported combined value of about $710 million. Eight properties, valued at about $213 million, are pledged to bondholders; the company raised approximately NIS 412 million through bonds on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. The negotiations do not represent a completed acquisition.
