A2Z Cust2Mate announced on October 6 that it has completed its acquisition of Israeli retail-media company Hedia. At closing, it paid about $8.4 million in cash and issued 833,333 restricted common shares, with up to $6.7 million in additional cash contingent on agreed 2027–2028 targets. Hedia recorded approximately $20 million in audited revenue in 2025. The business will retain its brand, with Meron Gal staying as CEO and Ofer Gal as chairman. A2Z plans to combine its smart-cart technology and shopper data with Hedia's advertiser sales and in-store campaign operations.
