Electra is reportedly negotiating with institutional shareholders over a proposed compensation package worth about NIS 126 million for CEO Itamar Deutscher. Chairman Mikey Salkind is seeking a seven-year arrangement that would keep Deutscher at the group until age 70. The proposal would provide annual compensation of roughly NIS 17–18 million, including a substantial deferred equity component. Institutional investors are reportedly pressing for a smaller package ahead of a future shareholders’ meeting. The negotiations remain ongoing; no approval of the proposed package or fixed meeting date was disclosed.
