Keystone announced on Monday that Tal Elimelech will replace Liran Avisar Ben-Horin as chief executive of K-Comm, its communications infrastructure arm. Avisar Ben-Horin joined Keystone in December 2023 to establish and lead the business. Elimelech most recently headed the trials and innovative transport systems division in Ayalon Highways' technology and innovation department, after about nine years at the Communications Ministry, including as senior deputy director-general for strategy, planning and innovation. At K-Comm, he will oversee cellular communications, fibre optics, data centres and digital infrastructure.
