IDF Releases Footage of Armed Hamas Operatives at Kamal Adwan Hospital

The IDF released footage on October 11 that it said showed armed Hamas operatives inside Kamal Adwan Hospital in the Jabaliya area of northern Gaza. The military said the hospital currently provides daytime clinic services, while Hamas continues to use the facility and its surroundings as a major center for terrorist activity. It accused Hamas of advancing attack plans and attempting to rebuild its capabilities there. The IDF said Hamas was exploiting the presence of patients, medical staff and civilians as human shields, in violation of international law.
