IDF Destroys Hezbollah Command Post Beneath Building-Materials Factory

IDF troops destroyed a 55-meter underground Hezbollah command post during operations in Haddatha, inside the security zone in southern Lebanon. The military said the tunnel, used as a headquarters, contained three living quarters and was built beneath a construction-materials factory about 300 meters from a UNIFIL building. Soldiers from the 601st Battalion and the Yahalom combat engineering unit also found an underground shaft connected to the route containing dozens of weapons. The IDF said the 401st Brigade Combat Team, operating under the 91st Division, carried out the mission to remove threats to Israeli troops and civilians.
