Kroizer Says He Came to File Complaint Over Mitzpe Jericho Clash

MK Yitzhak Kroizer of Otzma Yehudit said on Sunday that he had come to the Police Internal Investigations Department to file a complaint over officers’ conduct at a memorial evening in Mitzpe Jericho. He alleged that officers used unreasonable force against him and other attendees. Kroizer said he identified himself as a Knesset member and tried to calm an encounter between bereaved families and police. He expressed support for most police officers, while saying alleged misconduct should be addressed through legal channels. Police are separately collecting footage and examining whether to summon Kroizer and party director Itiel Neiman.
