Fourth Administrative Petition Filed Against Ben Gvir Over Blocked Police Appointment

Chief Superintendent Yitzhak Alfassi petitioned the Jerusalem District Court on Wednesday against National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir, who declined to approve his appointment as spokesman of the Investigations and Intelligence Division and Lahav 433.
