Health Ministry Warns Hanna Ambulance Is No Longer Authorized to Operate

Israel's Health Ministry warned on Monday that Hanna Ambulance, which operated in Shefa-Amr from 2018, is no longer authorized to provide ambulance services. The ministry said a court had dismissed the company's petition against its decision to stop its operations. It said complaints received over the past three years led to inspections that found departures from ministry procedures, including use of an ambulance as a mobile intensive-care unit with unapproved personnel and equipment. The ministry asked the public to check that ambulance providers are authorized before booking their services.
