IDF Says Suspects Arrested After Vehicle Hits Guard Near Ariel

The IDF disclosed on October 14 that troops and Judea and Samaria district police had responded earlier that day to a report of a suspicious vehicle hitting a security guard in the Ariel area, in the Ephraim Brigade’s sector. According to the military, the driver had failed to comply with the guard, who fired toward the vehicle. The vehicle fled the scene. Security forces arrested several suspects and continued setting up roadblocks and searching for additional suspects. The statement did not specify the number arrested, the guard’s condition or the motive.
