Four Butchers Recalls Jerusalem Kishke Over Labeling Errors

Four Butchers has recalled its Jerusalem Kishke after a Tel Aviv district Food Service inspection found labeling errors, the Health Ministry announced on October 15. The label gives an expiry period longer than the correct shelf life, an incomplete ingredients list and an incorrect manufacturer name. The affected product is sold by weight and bears barcode 7290002816515, production date November 19, 2025, and a marketing-until date of October 19, 2026. The company is collecting the product from distribution channels in coordination with the ministry, which asked the public not to consume it.
