Gal Naor Plans Hamat Gader Expansion to About 170 Guest Units

Gal Naor's group is planning to expand accommodation at Hamat Gader in the southern Golan Heights from 31 existing Spa Village suites to about 170 guest units. The proposal envisages roughly 140 additional units alongside upgrades to the thermal baths, spa facilities and infrastructure. It would put greater emphasis on overnight stays while continuing to serve day visitors. The reported building rights derive from a plan approved in 2018, but the investment scale, timetable and implementation arrangements remain unsettled.
