Israel Selects 15 Programs to Advance Women in High-Tech

Israel's Labor Ministry and Israel Innovation Authority announced the selection of 15 programs to advance women in high-tech, with total investment of about NIS 25 million, including complementary funding from private providers. The initiatives cover deep-tech training, senior technical and company leadership, return after career breaks and advancement after maternity leave. Selected organizations include Tech7 in Be'er Sheva, whose program is intended to prepare women CEOs and senior managers for deep-tech companies. The training combines management studies with practical work on research-based ventures, technology commercialization and business development.
