Israel Seeks Canada Tech Partnerships in AI, Cyber and Health Care

Israeli Ambassador Iddo Moed said the embassy is building a virtual network to connect Israeli and Canadian technologists in artificial intelligence, cyberdefense, agriculture, communications, transportation and aviation. He said Israeli companies are seeking Canadian partners for hospital-at-home systems using wearable devices and video calls, as well as tools for traffic management and protection against cyberattacks. Moed said both countries want to export technology, open markets and solve shared problems. The initiative is moving ahead despite bilateral relations that he described as their lowest point in nearly 80 years.
