Health Ministry Orders Kfar Chabad Residents to Boil Water After Abnormal Test Results

The Health Ministry instructed Kfar Chabad residents on Monday, October 19, to boil water before drinking or cooking after water sampling returned abnormal results. Its announcement, issued at 2:45 p.m., also covered water used to prepare medicines or brush teeth. The ministry said water could still be used for bathing and sanitation. The requirement to boil water for the specified uses will stay in effect until further notice, according to the ministry.
