Nvidia Appoints Kobi Bor to Lead Planned Kiryat Tivon Campus Construction

Nvidia has appointed Kobi Bor to manage construction of its planned development campus in Kiryat Tivon. Bor previously managed construction projects at Intel Israel and most recently served as chief executive of T.M. Engineering and Construction. The campus, known internally as Orion, is planned to cover up to 160,000 square metres on a 90-dunam plot, with capacity for up to 10,000 employees within a decade. Nvidia announced its intention to build there in December 2025, but plans have not yet been submitted to the district planning committee.
