Inferize’s previously undisclosed $10 million seed round, led by TLV Partners, was reported Thursday evening after Nebius acquired the Israeli AI startup. The Tel Aviv company raised the money while operating in stealth; the date of the investment was not disclosed. Inferize was founded by CEO Guy Bortnikov and CTO Lior Gorbonos, both former members of Granulate’s founding team, and had 17 employees after less than nine months of operation. Bortnikov says its technology reduces AI-model loading times from tens of minutes to seconds. The technology will join Nebius’s Token Factory inference platform.
