Nebius announced on Thursday that it had acquired Israeli AI startup Inferize, whose technology and team have joined its Token Factory production-inference platform. The technology is designed to reduce delays when loading AI models and cut idle graphics-processing capacity as demand changes or model weights are updated. Nebius said this would help match computing capacity more closely to actual use and improve the economics of generating tokens, the units of AI output. The Amsterdam-headquartered company did not disclose the transaction's financial terms.
