Nebius is reportedly exploring the acquisition of an unidentified Israeli company for approximately $100 million to $150 million as it considers expanding its Israeli development center. The Nasdaq-listed, Amsterdam-headquartered AI cloud infrastructure company is led by Arkady Volozh. The potential purchase would add software or complementary technology to its infrastructure business. Nebius previously acquired Israeli startup Tavily, whose technology supplies real-time information to AI agents. The new report does not identify the acquisition target or disclose a signed agreement, and the proposed transaction remains exploratory.
