Bill Ackman and Eric Schmidt Back Israeli AI Startup Two Delta

Israeli artificial intelligence startup Two Delta has raised tens of millions of dollars in seed funding, with Bill Ackman and former Google chairman Eric Schmidt among its investors. Founded in 2025 by Dvir Zeltzer and Dr. Eli David, the company is developing technology to accelerate AI models and use computing resources more efficiently. The funding was disclosed on October 22, without a precise amount or valuation. In a separate research account, Two Delta says it worked with NVIDIA on optimizing inference for Nemotron 3.5 Super VL using its DCOCO speculative decoding method.
