Bennett Rejects Netanyahu’s Election Warning After Nuclear-Blast Post

Naftali Bennett rejected Benjamin Netanyahu’s election messaging on Sunday after the prime minister shared a post invoking the Iranian nuclear threat. In a response on X, Bennett said Netanyahu’s posts depicted nuclear explosions over Israel and a future of isolation, economic collapse and civil conflict. Bennett accused Netanyahu of presenting his continued premiership as the condition for Israelis’ survival, an interpretation Bennett called false. Netanyahu’s earlier post recommended a text by Yuval Blumberg that described an Iranian nuclear capability as an existential danger and portrayed other political controversies as distractions from that threat.
