Rabbi Yaakov Levanon Opposes Noam’s Political Activity at Har Hamor Yeshiva

Rabbi Yaakov Levanon objected to Noam’s political organizing inside Har Hamor Yeshiva in newly disclosed recordings of conversations with students. He opposed holding a party gathering at the yeshiva and distinguished support for national values from making the institution a base for party recruitment. Levanon questioned Noam’s practical influence on education, while also praising party chairman MK Avi Maoz’s speeches and positions. The recordings were disclosed on October 26, but the conversations’ recording date was not specified, and the remarks were not presented as a formal institutional decision.
