Coldi Discloses $2 Million Seed Fundraising Plan for Voice-AI Expansion

Coldi, an Israeli startup developing voice-based artificial intelligence for sales calls, has disclosed that it is seeking a $2 million seed round. The company says it has raised $500,000 so far. The proposed round would finance product development and expansion of its commercial operations; it has not been announced as completed. The company identifies three areas for the planned investment: product and engineering, marketing, and sales and customer success. Its product priorities include hiring engineers and AI specialists, improving multilingual conversations, and extending integrations with business software. Coldi's platform handles inbound and outbound calls, qualifies prospective customers, books appointments and passes suitable conversations to human sales staff. Its software connects calling services with customer-management systems and calendars. CEO Or Goldshmidt said, “The change Coldi represents is in where the human salesperson enters the sales process.” The company describes persuasion, judgment and closing sales as work that remains with people. Goldshmidt and cofounder Ilia Ronin established Coldi in 2025. The company says its Hebrew-language service entered production in September 2026. The newly disclosed fundraising plan would support further development of that existing platform, rather than mark the launch of a new service.
