Kornit Digital Sets November 18 Date for Third-Quarter Results

Kornit Digital announced on November 3 that it will publish its third-quarter financial results on Wednesday, November 18, before the market opens. The Rosh Ha’ayin-based digital textile-printing company, which trades on Nasdaq under KRNT, will report on the quarter ended September 30, 2026. The company will discuss its results and operations in a conference call and webcast at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time that day. Investors can access the webcast through its investor-relations website, where a replay will also be archived. A telephone replay will become available approximately three hours after the call and remain accessible until 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on December 2. In its previous quarterly report, released on August 12, Kornit reported second-quarter revenue of $55.3 million, compared with $49.8 million a year earlier. Its GAAP net loss was $11.2 million, versus $7.5 million. Annual recurring revenue was approximately $33.8 million, up from $18.9 million. Chief executive Ronen Samuel said, "We are delivering growth while fundamentally improving the quality of our business." That August report set third-quarter revenue guidance of $55 million to $60 million and an adjusted EBITDA margin outlook of breakeven to 3%. The November 3 announcement concerns the reporting timetable; it does not disclose the quarter’s results or provide revised financial guidance.
