Qatar Says U.S.-Iran Draft Language Is Circulating Between Parties

Qatar's Foreign Ministry spokesman Majed Al-Ansari said Tuesday that draft language for a possible U.S.-Iran resolution had been prepared and was circulating between the parties. Qatar said the contacts had moved from exchanging messages to drafting understandings, even as negotiations over the Strait of Hormuz remained unsettled.
