Eisenkot Leads as Anti-Netanyahu Parties Reach 60 Seats in New Poll

A new election poll gives Gadi Eisenkot's Yashar 23 Knesset seats, ahead of Likud on 21, while Naftali Bennett's B'Yachad receives 12. The opposition bloc totals 56 seats and would rise to 60 with Yoaz Hendel and Chili Tropper's Zionist Home, compared with 49 for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's bloc and 11 for the Arab parties. Eisenkot leads Netanyahu 47%-34% on suitability for prime minister. The survey of 1,240 respondents reported a margin of error of plus or minus 3.9 percentage points.
