UAE Says It Does Not Comment on Reports About Leaders’ Conversations

The UAE Foreign Ministry said its government does not comment on media reports or speculation about conversations between government leaders. The statement said Emirati efforts since October 7 have focused on de-escalation, regional stability and preventing violence. It added that UAE and Israeli government bodies have maintained open, direct channels since relations began more than five years ago. The ministry said all relevant intelligence has been, and continues to be, shared between the appropriate entities when necessary.
