Saudi Crown Prince and CENTCOM Chief Discuss Defense Ties and Regional De-Escalation

Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman met U.S. Central Command chief Adm. Brad Cooper in Jeddah on Friday, the Saudi Press Agency said. The two reviewed Saudi-U.S. defense cooperation and recent regional developments. They also discussed efforts to reduce tensions and strengthen security and stability across the region. Saudi Defense Minister Prince Khalid bin Salman, Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan and other senior officials attended. The official account announced no agreement, deployment or other concrete outcome from the meeting.
