Lebanon Annex Puts 24/7 Cell Before IDF Pullback

The published Israel-Lebanon-U.S. framework and security-annex reporting show the first Israeli redeployment in southern Lebanon depends on a military coordination mechanism, Lebanese army deployment and verified Hezbollah disarmament.
