25-Year-Old Drowns Off Rishon Lezion Beach

MDA teams pronounced a man of about 25 dead Saturday morning following a Friday evening drowning off Rishon Lezion. MDA's Ayalon dispatch received the report at 18:27, after the man was pulled from the sea unconscious; paramedic Gal Rosen and EMT Noor Hassouna said crews continued CPR near the waterline but could not restore a pulse. Responders found him without pulse or breathing. The tragedy is local, but it is a serious summer-safety warning for Israeli families, municipalities and beachgoers as crowded coastlines demand lifeguarded swimming and rapid emergency response.
