Jewish Leaders Mark America 250 With Gratitude Letter

The live declaration form and a Jewish Federation of Greater Portland repost carry the text, which says America enabled Jewish life to flourish, thanks the country for liberty, covenant and individual dignity, and calls American Jews to strengthen citizenship, democratic responsibility and patriotic pluralism. Signatories include Deborah Lipstadt, William Daroff, Ted Deutch, Jonathan Greenblatt, Eric Fingerhut, Nathan Diament and Bernard Kaminetsky.
