Dutch Complaint Targets Israeli MKs Ben Barak and Solomon
An anti-Israel lawfare organization filed a criminal complaint in the Netherlands against MKs Ram Ben Barak and Moshe Solomon while they were attending the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly in The Hague. The complaint asks Dutch authorities to investigate alleged incitement over Ben Barak's past proposal for voluntary relocation of Gazans abroad and Solomon's support for renewed Jewish communities and Israeli control in Gaza. Israeli reporting describes the filing as part of a wider campaign against Israeli soldiers and officials traveling overseas. The case shows why Jerusalem must defend public servants from hostile lawfare while keeping its own legal arguments disciplined, factual and rooted in Israel's duty to defeat Hamas after October 7.
