Civil Administration Rescues IDF Soldier and Two Israelis From Jericho

Civil Administration forces rescued a regular-service IDF soldier from central Jericho overnight after she entered the Area A city with an Arab Israeli friend for a birthday celebration. A few hours later, security forces rescued two additional Israeli women from Jericho's villas neighborhood after they said they had entered to meet acquaintances from a Sinai trip. The cases were transferred to Judea and Samaria District police, and the soldier was handed to Military Police investigators. Security officials reiterated that Israeli entry into Area A is illegal and life-threatening.
